Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VirtualNotary365 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Description of Services

VirtualNotary365 provides virtual notary services, remote online notarization (RON), wills and power of attorney assistance, immigration paperwork notarization, apostille services, loan signing, and bookkeeping and tax preparation services. Services are provided in English and Spanish.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Remote Online Notarization

VirtualNotary365 performs remote online notarization (RON) in compliance with North Carolina General Statute Chapter 10B, as amended by S.L. 2018-116 (the Remote Electronic Notary Act). You agree to complete identity verification as required by law, including knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and government-issued photo ID verification.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted for notarization are accurate and complete. You agree to provide truthful information during identity verification. Any fraudulent use of our services is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Payment and Fees

Fees for services are disclosed at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once a notarization session has been completed.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We take the privacy of your personal and document information seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. All notarization sessions are conducted via encrypted video connection.

Limitation of Liability

VirtualNotary365 and MBP Services Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VirtualNotary365 / MBP Services Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

VirtualNotary365 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
